Predictions, reminders, and cycle insights are estimates only and may not be accurate for every user.
Cycle tracking and predictions should not be used as a method of contraception or for medical diagnosis.
You should not rely on the app as a substitute for professional medical advice or healthcare guidance. If you have questions about your health, cycle, fertility, pregnancy, or symptoms, please consult a qualified medical professional.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features of Cycle Serenity may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
If you purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the terms and policies of the relevant platform.
We may use third-party subscription infrastructure, such as RevenueCat, to manage entitlement status and subscription access across platforms.
Prices, trial availability, subscription options, and premium features may change over time.
4. Intellectual Property
Cycle Serenity, including its design, branding, text, graphics, software, and related content, is owned by Asariko or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asariko and its affiliates, owners, operators, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Cycle Serenity.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of use, loss of business, loss of profits, or reliance on cycle predictions, reminders, or wellness information.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app or related services if required by law, to protect users, or if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Cycle Serenity after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws where Asariko operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
